While sitting in an airport about ten years ago I noticed a Harvard Business Review magazine with the cover story on “Differentiation” so I bought it and read it before I made it home.

The study was fascinating and extremely valuable as it spoke clearly about how we must honestly be able to show the difference between our abilities and those of our competition if we are to grow our business and succeed.

While I humbly believed (and still do) in my ability to truly serve my clients and to exceed their expectations with regards to their Commercial Real Estate needs, was I being diligent in showing the marketplace why they should work with Brian Lightle?

I have often said over my 35 plus years that there is “brochure expertise” and then there is the “real thing”.

From my industry education and designation achievement including CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member, 1996), SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, 2013) and CRE (Counselors of Real Estate, 2022) to personally completing over 2,000 transactions/engagements, this “real thing” experience and knowledge allows me to provide a very high level of service and expertise to my clients in the office, retail, and industrial arenas.

Working on the Space Coast as a Commercial Real Estate Broker for over 35 years is a huge blessing however, our market has not always been this vibrant so helping my clients survive then thrive during the economic ups and downs has given me insight and knowledge that continues to benefit them today.

While I love the tangible nature of Commercial Real Estate, my career goal and purpose has always been and will continue to be focused on “helping my clients get what they want” whether that’s a new location for their business, selling a property, finding the next investment or just needing CRE advice and counsel.

Allow the “Differentiation” process of my 35 plus years of Commercial Real Estate experience and depth of industry knowledge along with my community relationships to create a clear and competitive advantage for you.

And one more thing, take the time to research the broker or agent you intend to hire to handle your commercial real estate as diligently as you would to select a doctor; we see the good and bad from those decisions on a daily basis…..
