Biography

Brian Lightle, CCIM, SIOR, CRE, has over 37 years of experience in commercial real estate and is the founder of Lightle Beckner Robison, Inc. CRES (Team LBR), established 29 years ago.

With deep expertise across all commercial real estate disciplines—including office, retail, and industrial—Brian has successfully completed over 2,500 transactions and engagements, delivering measurable value to clients with diverse and complex needs.

He applies a consultative approach to every engagement, starting with a full evaluation of the client’s needs, identifying key challenges, and implementing strategic solutions aligned with client goals. Core specialties include Tenant Representation and Site Selection.

Licensed in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, Brian is widely recognized as a “Space Coast Expert” and provides full-service brokerage, consulting, and corporate real estate services across the region.

Brian holds three of the most respected designations in the commercial real estate industry:

– SIOR – Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (2013)
– CRE – Counselor of Real Estate (2022)
